Johan, from Sweden, was the only other backpacker I saw in Cetinje. We joined forces and hiked up to the top of Olov Krs, or "Eagle's Crag," both a mausoleum and a look-out area, with killer views of both the town and the neighboring Mount Lovcen National Park (pictured here). One of four national parks in Montenegro, it's namesake stands boldly and proudly behind Johan. I convinced Johan to split a cab ride up to the top of Mount Lovcen...
