The clouds parted!!!! In just a few seconds, we went from seeing what looked like the inside of a pillow to the most impressive view I have seen in a long time. We could literally see for miles! We were so excited, we hooted and hollered as if we were our ancient Paleolithic ancestors and had just made our first bonfire. What looks like red speckles on the far right is actually the houses of Cetinje, over 10 miles away. Our guess is that we could see distant lands east of us as far as 30 miles away. It made me wonder what the view looked like in the summer. They say that on a very clear day, you can see as far west as Italy from here.
