Unfortunately, just as the weather was clearing up and I started to tour the upper lakes (like this one, Gradinsko Jezero), I had to leave. With only one Zadar-Zagreb bus stopping in the park each day, I needed to make sure I was on it. I had to be in Rijeka in the evening. My days were running out and I had to... *groan* stick with my itinerary... in order to make my Trieste, Italy flight in three days.
