After the Pula Amphitheater, I began the long walk to my campsite in the small town of Stoja, just outside of Pula. But not before taking some photos of the Temple of Augustus! I stumbled to the gates of the campsite at 2:45a... only to find that they had been locked! While trying to think of what do to next in a completely exhausted state of mind and body, a security guard approached and welcomed me in. I don't recall how I was able to set up my tent, but my journal says I finally got to bed at 3:20a, ending 21-hours of constant exploration.
