Dubrovnik is an 1,300-year old walled city along the Adriatic Sea. After being in cold regions of Europe for a month, I was glad to finally start wearing t-shirts and sandals all day in Dubrovnik. Although the wind that would pick up off of the water the afternoons was warm, it had me chasing my hat more than once!

The old city was absolutely breathtaking. I spent 4 hours walking the impenetrable wall just gazing either out to the crystal-blue sea or at the honey-comb colored rooftops.
