I spent about 10 hours in Rome, which was long enough for me. Although my break in Sperlonga was well needed, I still had reservations about big cities. Nonetheless, I enjoyed every minute in Rome. I went by the huge Colosseum, through downtown, and in to the Basilica San Pietro (Sain Peter's Cathedral). I was on a train bound for Paris by the evening.
